Old Mutual is the largest financial services provider in Southern Africa.
Old Mutual Group Direct Sales wanted to consolidate their spreadsheet-generated reports and replace it with an integrated Management Information System. The project involved interviewing 30 stakeholders across 9 business units, analysing more than 68 management reports and gathering and documenting the business requirements for an integrated MIS solution. The project delivered a comprehensive was a Business Requirements Definition document covering:
- Management information life-cycle
- Business overview
- Information requirements.
The project concluded with a detailed presentation to the management team of Old Mutual GDS.
